We're a team of dairy and food technologists. Between us, we have more than 75 years of experience in dairy and food plants. Our work has included designing and commissioning facilities, scaling products from pilot batches to full production, improving lines that weren't performing, and supporting expansions and acquisitions.
We started JSK Consulting USA because many smaller food businesses in North America have trouble finding experienced technical help at the right time. Large consulting firms can be expensive, and equipment suppliers are naturally focused on their own products. We're independent, so our advice is based only on what's right for the client.
