Do you work with startups or only established companies?
Both. Many of our clients are first-time founders, and advice early in a project tends to have the biggest effect on cost.
Do you cover all of the U.S. and Canada?
Yes. We visit when the work needs it and support you remotely the rest of the time.
What does it cost?
It depends on the scope. We offer fixed-fee projects, hourly consulting and monthly retainers. The first call is free, and you'll get a written proposal before any work starts.
Do you sell equipment or ingredients?
No. We're independent and don't take commissions, so our only interest is what works for you.
Can you help with FDA, USDA and CFIA requirements?
Yes. We design processes, plants and training with those rules in mind, and work with your regulatory or legal advisors when needed.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. Recipes, plans and business information are kept confidential.
How fast can you start?
Usually within one to two weeks. If a line is down, we can often respond within days.
